SCAD Libraries welcome the following guests and visitors. Visitors should be prepared to present ID and sign-in with security upon entering the building.
- Individuals with valid IDs from other institutions of higher learning, including cultural institutions (e.g. museums)
- Escorted guests of current SCAD faculty and staff
- Family members escorted by current SCAD students, particularly during special events such as orientation or commencement
- Groups with related professional interests such as conference attendees or those affiliated with the university for special events, by prior arrangement with library staff
Visitors do not have circulation privileges or computer use privileges, but may utilize the assistance of librarians and staff to locate items for in-library use only.
