1. Try clearing your computer's cache/browsing history. In most cases this will do the trick. 

  • PC (Windows): On your keyboard his CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE. This will bring up a box to clear the cache, cookies, etc.
  • Mac: On your keyboard his CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE. This will bring up a box to clear the cache, cookies, etc. This works with Firefox and Chrome; see below for Safari instructions.

2. Try opening the D& B Hoovers link using an incognito or private browser window. (See more information on finding your browser's private browsing mode.)
